Private dining that creates lasting business relationships

Private dining transforms get-togethers and meetings into memorable occasions. When clients and colleagues share exceptional hospitality in exquisite settings, professional relationships strengthen, and important conversations flow naturally.

The venue you choose reflects your company’s standards and attention to detail. Searcys’ collection includes 30 unique venues across London, each steeped in art, culture, and history. Since 1847, we have hosted the country’s most important occasions and fabulous celebrations in spaces that tell remarkable stories. Our founder John Searcy was described as “gentle, courteous, and masterful” – traits that still define our service today.

Our portfolio includes 116 Pall Mall’s Georgian rooms, The Portrait by Richard Corrrigan on top of the National Portrait Gallery, a just opened Locatelli at the National Gallery, historic Vintners’ Hall, The Royal Institution’s with its historic Library, the Barbican with its stunning Conservatory, elegant 10-11 Carlton House Terrace, and ancient City Livery Halls where traditions span centuries.

Not to mention the Victorian splendour of St Pancras Bar and Brasserie, located at the heart of the station, recently voted one of the 10 most beautiful stations in the world. Hosting events at these venues provides access to spaces you might not have a chance to visit.

Why choose private dining? Privacy. Focus. Curated experience. Your guests receive undivided attention from a dedicated team. Conversations flow without interruption. Menus adapt to dietary requirements and cultural preferences. The space works for your agenda, not against it.

Searcys chefs prepare seasonal British dishes using high quality ingredients, each one reflecting individuality and character combined with Searcys classic signatures. All venues feature professional service teams who understand business protocols so, whether you need a business breakfast for eight or a celebration dinner for 20, the execution remains flawless.

Our event planners handle logistics, dietary requirements, and special requests whilst you focus on your guests. Our priority is making sure the host feels relaxed and supported whilst guests are exceptionally well looked after.

With the festive season fast approaching, what better way to say thank you and celebrate the season of goodwill than bringing people together over exceptional food and wine. While hampers are thoughtful, private dining creates lasting personal connections that generate more goodwill than months of standard meetings. Private dining removes communication barriers: no queuing, noise, or time pressures from other diners. Your schedule sets the pace.

Professional connections become partnerships in the right setting. Stronger client relationships and improved team collaboration follow.
