CHS Manchester unveils exhibitor line-up ahead of inaugural show

CHS Manchester has revealed the exhibitor line-up for its inaugural event, bringing together major hotel groups, venues, destinations and specialist suppliers for event organisers looking to source partners and develop future events.

Taking place at Manchester’s AO Arena on 30 September, the show comes as organisers continue to balance tighter budgets with changing delegate expectations and pressure to deliver greater value from their events.

International hospitality brands exhibiting will include IHG Hotels & Resorts, Hilton, Marriott Hotels UK, Meliá Hotels International, Treehouse Hotels and Dakota Hotels.

They will be joined by a range of event venues including Allianz Stadium, Magna, ODEON, The Jockey Club Venues and Renaissance at Kelham Hall, giving organisers an opportunity to explore options spanning conferences and meetings through to corporate hospitality and larger-scale events.

Destination representation will include Destination Milton Keynes and West Midlands Growth Company, while specialist organisations attending include Conference Works, Sterling Event Group, Bright Vision, Axxiom Hospitality, Kingfisher Hospitality, RBH Hospitality Management, Manchester Metropolitan University, Legends and Mad Swans.

Venues of Excellence will also be exhibiting, with Event Organisers Briefing sister-title PA Life joining the organisation as a stand partner.

Emma King, CEO of CHS Manchester, said the organisers were seeing strong interest from event planners ahead of the show.

Emma King, CEO of CHS Manchester, said: “There is a real energy coming from our visitor community ahead of CHSA Manchester this year. They have events to fulfil, they want to do business, and they’re coming to the show to get things done. I’m so pleased that we have the exhibitors, the people and the personalities to meet this demand, to fulfil some big expectations from planners, and create real momentum in the industry. It’s a great line-up.”

Alongside the exhibition, CHS Manchester will feature an education programme and networking opportunities delivered with a range of industry partners.

These include NOWIE, beam, the Meetings Industry Association (mia), SITE, Fast Forward 15 and Evolve, extending the event beyond venue and supplier sourcing to provide opportunities for professional development and industry discussion.

For event organisers, the inaugural Manchester show will provide an opportunity to compare venues, destinations and services under one roof while building relationships with prospective partners for upcoming event programmes.
