Known for offering relaxed and quality Scandinavian-style dining amongst an elegant and sophisticated backdrop, the Aquavit London spaces can mould to fit specific event requirements, with a host of corporate discounts available. 

Offering a true taste of the Nordics, Head Chef Jonas Karlsson creates carefully crafted menus designed exclusively for events and private dining, whether that be for breakfast, lunch or dinner. All dishes are made using fresh, locally sourced ingredients synonymous with Scandinavian nature – think game, seafood, berries, mushrooms and foraged foods aplenty. 

Copenhagen – ideal for daytime meetings and intimate dinners, the Copenhagen room can accommodate 15 guests on a round table, or 30 for a standing reception. 

Stockholm – equipped to accommodate larger gatherings and parties, the Stockholm room can hold 30 guests on a long table, 54 guests on round tables and 100 guests for a standing cocktail and canapé reception.

Exclusive Hire – the entire venue is also available for exclusive hire for up to 90 seated or 200 standing guests for a reception.

Amenities for Copenhagen and Stockholm include Bang & Olufsen AV equipment; lift access; wireless microphone; wireless internet; separate cloakroom; butler bell; projector and drop-down screen; and menu and place cards, available on request.
