WE CURRENTLY WAIVE THIS CHARGE SO ATTENDANCE IS COMPLIMENTARY , HOWEVER DELEGATE PLACES AT EVENTS ARE LIMITED AND INCLUDE hospitality THROUGHOUT, THEREFORE A CANCELLATION FEE OF £500 PLUS VAT WILL APPLY SHOULD YOU CANCEL FROM 12/09/2026 AND YOUR BUYER ORGANISATION DOES NOT PROVIDE A SUITABLE REPLACEMENT. THE CHARGE WILL ALSO APPLY IF YOU DO NOT FULFIL TO THE ITINERARY PLANNED, OR LEAVE THE EVENT WITHOUT A GOOD REASON.
