Vue Conferences & Events says its new ‘Mighty Meetings’ childcare package will ensure that every child from the ages of 3-14 years old will be looked after by trained and DBS certified specialists whilst their carers attend a conference, launch event or training session at any of its 94 venues in the UK and Ireland.
The package, which starts at £1,500, can contain a variety aspects dependent on the children’s age ranges and client requirements.
Activities include a variety of custom games and crafting and end with a film, whether it’s a popular classic or a new release. Cinema themed snacks are included with popcorn, drinks, and sweet and also healthy treats with other catering options available to add on if required, from listed and locally sourced caterers.
Childcare will take place on site in a separate space from the event in hand, giving parents quick accessibility should the need arise, the ability to see their children at breaks and enable them to enjoy the rest of the day together post event. Activities are provided by a DBS checked, Child Safeguarding trained and Paediatric First Aid qualified company at every location.
The Mighty Meetings childcare package is immediately available and can be added on to any booking.
Vue’s National Conference and Events Manager Simona Negretto said: “We understand the challenges of parents and carers who juggle their professional commitments with childcare. Our package allows businesses to alleviate the issue and take care of their employees with a highly affordable solution when booking a corporate event at Vue. This minimises stress and gives ultimate flexibility and inclusivity for all parents needing childcare..
“Plus, we have several larger sites that have exhibition spaces such as Manchester Printworks, Birmingham Star City, Westfield White City and Nottingham Cornerhouse and this will be a major bonus to those exhibiting or attending. By offering this flexible solution, Vue enables businesses to host events on a wider range of dates, including periods such as half-terms and holidays, which are not traditionally considered for corporate events.”
